*Refunds & Damaged Items Policy*

Each piece is carefully packed by hand to ship safely. Due to the fragile nature of ceramic plates and sculptural food art, damage during transit is rare but possible.

*Damaged Items*

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, damage, and packaging. Once the damage is confirmed, I will offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Returns of damaged items are not required.

*One-of-a-Kind Items*

Some pieces are created using vintage or one-of-a-kind plates and cannot be exactly replicated. If a one-of-a-kind item arrives damaged, a full refund will be issued once damage is confirmed, as replacements are not possible
